Wall plank shoulder tap
IntermediateCoreUpper bodyStanding
Set-up
Start in a standing wall plank with your feet a little wider than your hips.
How to do it
- Lift one hand and tap the opposite shoulder.
- Place it back on the wall and switch.
- Keep your hips still; don't let them sway.
In a Wallform routine: about 10 taps per side, or move at your own pace until the timer ends. Switch sides as you go.
Make it easier or harder
- Easier: Standing wall plank
- Harder: Wall mountain climber
Wallform is general fitness, not medical advice. If you're pregnant or postpartum, recovering from an injury or have a health condition, check with a doctor or a qualified professional before you start. Stop any move that hurts.
