Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and The Open Apps, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("we", "us"), for the Wallform Wall Pilates plugin in ChatGPT and the website wallform.ambientapp.ai, including its web player. By using Wallform you accept these terms. Our privacy policy explains how we handle data.

1. What Wallform is

Wallform offers wall Pilates routines built from its own library of moves, the Wallform 28 program of 28 sessions, a timed follow-along player with illustrations and form cues, and a record of the sessions you finish. Wallform costs nothing to use and has no ads. OpenAI provides ChatGPT and is not a party to these terms.

2. General fitness, not medical advice

Wallform gives general fitness information only. It is not medical advice and doesn't replace a doctor, physiotherapist or qualified instructor. It is not designed for pregnancy, the postpartum period, injury rehabilitation or any medical condition, and it makes no promise about weight, body shape, pain or any other health result.

  • Check with a doctor or a qualified professional before you start if you are pregnant or postpartum, recovering from an injury or surgery, or have a heart, joint, balance or other health condition.
  • Listen to your body. Stop any move that hurts or makes you dizzy, short of breath or unwell, and get medical help if you need it.
  • Make sure your space is safe: a clear, sturdy wall, a non-slip floor and nothing to trip over.

You exercise at your own risk.

3. Who can use Wallform

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, use Wallform with a parent's or guardian's agreement.

4. Our content

Wallform's routines, program, move descriptions, cues and illustrations belong to us. You may use them for your own exercise. Don't copy them in bulk, resell them or use them to train other services.

5. Fair use

Don't use bots or scripts to call Wallform in bulk, try to get around its limits, or interfere with the service. We may limit or block access that does.

6. The service

We work to keep Wallform available but can't promise it always will be. Routines, the program and features may change. We may end the service; if we do, we will say so on the website first.

7. Liability

Wallform is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for injuries or losses from exercise you choose to do, our total liability for any claim about Wallform is limited to $50, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law, or liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, except where your local consumer law requires otherwise.
