Wallform in ChatGPT
Wallform is a ChatGPT plugin for wall Pilates. Ask for a routine or a day of Wallform 28, press Start in the card, and follow the timed player. It remembers the sessions you finish.

Things to ask
- “Give me a 15-minute beginner wall Pilates workout”
- “Start day 1 of the Wallform 28 program”
- “10-minute wall Pilates for core, no mat”
- “How many wall Pilates sessions have I done this month?”
- “Make it easier” or “Make it 10 minutes”
- “Delete my Wallform progress”
What happens
- A routine card. Every move with its illustration and time, grouped into warm-up, main and cool-down, with the total length. Buttons make it easier, harder or a different mix.
- The player. Start opens it full screen where ChatGPT allows: a 10-second count-in, then each move with a countdown, the side you're on and its cues, rests that show what's next, and Pause, Back, Skip, Easier and Harder.
- Auto or tap. In Auto the player moves on by itself; in Tap it waits for you at the end of each move.
- Your progress. When you finish, you can rate how it felt; the rating stays in the card and picks an easier or harder next session. Ask "How many sessions have I done this month?" for your streak and Wallform 28 days.
What is saved
Only the sessions you finish (or stop) in the player: the routine, the date and how many moves you did, under a scrambled form of ChatGPT's anonymous user ID. Wallform never asks about your body or health, and its tools can't receive anything you type. Details are in the privacy policy.
Good to know
Wallform is general fitness, not medical advice. If you're pregnant or postpartum, recovering from an injury or have a health condition, check with a doctor or a qualified professional before you start. Stop any move that hurts.
