Privacy policy
Last updated: October 14, 2026
Wallform is made by The Open Apps, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("we", "us"). This policy covers the Wallform Wall Pilates plugin in ChatGPT and the website wallform.ambientapp.ai, including its web player. It explains what we collect, why, who receives it, how long we keep it, and how to delete it.
The short version
- Wallform doesn't know who you are. It keeps your workouts under a scrambled form of the anonymous ID that ChatGPT sends, never your name, email address or chats.
- What we keep is the sessions you start and finish in the Wallform player: which routine, the date, and how many moves you did or skipped. If you rate how a session felt, that rating stays in the card and is never sent to us.
- Wallform never asks about your body, health, weight, pregnancy or injuries, and its tools can't receive anything you type.
- No ads, no analytics, no cookies, no selling or sharing of data, no profiling.
- Say "Delete my Wallform progress" in ChatGPT to delete everything tied to you at once.
What we collect
| What | Where it comes from | Why we need it |
|---|---|---|
| A scrambled (hashed) form of the anonymous user ID that ChatGPT sends with each request | ChatGPT | To keep your sessions, streak and program days yours, in any chat. We never receive your name, email address or chat history from ChatGPT. |
| Your workout choices: length, level, focus (for example core), wall only or wall and mat, easier or harder | You, in ChatGPT or the card | To build the routine you asked for. Choices are kept only as part of a session you start. |
| Sessions: the routine, the day of the Wallform 28 program if it was one, the planned minutes, when you started and finished (and the date on your device), how many moves you completed or skipped, and where you stopped if you stopped early | The Wallform player, when you press Start, finish or stop | To show your progress: sessions this week and month, your streak, finished program days and the next day |
| Your time zone, if ChatGPT shares it | ChatGPT | So "today" and your streak follow your own calendar. It isn't stored with your sessions. |
| Technical logs: the time, the page or tool used, whether it worked and how long it took. For requests from ChatGPT, also the app type and language ChatGPT reports, your approximate country, and scrambled (hashed) forms of the user and conversation IDs ChatGPT sends | Your browser or ChatGPT | To keep the service running and secure and to find problems. Logs never contain what you type, and we don't store IP addresses. |
| Support messages: your email address and message | You | To answer you |
We don't collect your name, email address (unless you write to support), contacts, precise location, IP address, health information or ChatGPT conversations. We don't use your data to train AI models.
About ChatGPT. You use Wallform in ChatGPT, where OpenAI handles the conversation under OpenAI's privacy policy. We send ChatGPT the routines you ask for (move names, times and the illustrations' drawing data), and when you ask for it, your progress: session counts, minutes, streak, finished program days and the days since your last session.
The web player. Routines also open on wallform.ambientapp.ai/r/… in your browser, for example to keep your screen awake. That page saves nothing about you: no cookies, no progress. Our server logs the request as described above.
How we use it
- To build routines and run the player.
- To show your progress and open the next day of Wallform 28.
- To prevent misuse (for example, limits on how many sessions can be saved per day), keep the service secure and answer support requests.
We don't sell or share personal data, show ads, or build profiles of you.
Who receives it
| Recipient | What they receive | Why |
|---|---|---|
| OpenAI | Tool results: routines and, when you ask, your progress | So ChatGPT can show them to you |
| Hetzner Online GmbH | Our server and database, in Germany | Hosting |
| Cloudflare, Inc. | Lookups of our domain name only; it doesn't carry our traffic | DNS |
We may disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
| Data | How long |
|---|---|
| Sessions | 12 months after the session started, then deleted automatically |
| Technical logs | 30 days |
| Support messages | 12 months after the last reply |
Deleting sooner. In ChatGPT, say "Delete my Wallform progress": every session, streak and finished program day is deleted at once, and Wallform 28 starts again at day 1. You can also email support@theopenapps.com; because we don't know who you are, tell us roughly when you worked out and which routines, so we can find your sessions.
Children
Wallform is a general-audience fitness product for ages 13 and up and is not directed at children under 13. If you think a child under 13 has given us personal data, email support@theopenapps.com and we will delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, or to object to how we use it. Email support@theopenapps.com and we will answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies and storage in your browser
The website and the web player set no cookies and load nothing from other companies. The Wallform card in ChatGPT may keep its last view in ChatGPT's own widget storage.
Where data is processed
We are based in the United States. Our server runs in Germany (Hetzner Online GmbH). OpenAI may process data in the United States and other countries under its own privacy commitments.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy we update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use data we already hold, we will say so on this page before it takes effect.
