Set-up

Lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the wall, arms long by your sides.

How to do it

  1. Breathe out and curl your head and shoulders up, reaching toward the wall.
  2. Keep a fist's space between your chin and chest.
  3. Lower slowly; your feet stay quiet on the wall.

In a Wallform routine: about 10 slow reps, or move at your own pace until the timer ends.

Make it easier or harder

Wallform is general fitness, not medical advice. If you're pregnant or postpartum, recovering from an injury or have a health condition, check with a doctor or a qualified professional before you start. Stop any move that hurts.
