Wall roll-back
IntermediateCoreOn the floor
Set-up
Sit tall facing the wall with your knees bent and your feet on it, arms reaching forward.
How to do it
- Breathe out and round your lower back, rolling halfway down.
- Pause, then use your belly to curl back up to sitting.
- Your feet press lightly into the wall the whole time.
In a Wallform routine: about 6 slow reps, or move at your own pace until the timer ends.
Make it easier or harder
- Easier: Feet-on-wall crunch
- Harder: Wall roll-up
Wallform is general fitness, not medical advice. If you're pregnant or postpartum, recovering from an injury or have a health condition, check with a doctor or a qualified professional before you start. Stop any move that hurts.
