Wall march
BeginnerCoreLegs & glutesStanding
Set-up
Stand with your back against the wall, feet hip-width apart, hands on your hips or by your sides.
How to do it
- Lift one knee to hip height, then lower it with control.
- Keep your back and shoulders against the wall as you switch legs.
- Stand tall: no leaning toward the lifting leg.
In a Wallform routine: about 10 lifts per leg, or move at your own pace until the timer ends. Switch sides as you go.
Wallform is general fitness, not medical advice. If you're pregnant or postpartum, recovering from an injury or have a health condition, check with a doctor or a qualified professional before you start. Stop any move that hurts.
