Wall plank knee drive
IntermediateCoreStanding
Set-up
Start in a standing wall plank: hands on the wall, body in one long line.
How to do it
- Draw one knee toward the wall, then step it back.
- Switch legs at an even pace.
- Keep your hips level and your arms strong.
In a Wallform routine: about 10 per leg, or move at your own pace until the timer ends. Switch sides as you go.
Make it easier or harder
- Easier: Standing wall plank
- Harder: Wall mountain climber
Wallform is general fitness, not medical advice. If you're pregnant or postpartum, recovering from an injury or have a health condition, check with a doctor or a qualified professional before you start. Stop any move that hurts.
