BeginnerLegs & glutesStanding
Set-up
Stand with your back on the wall and your feet about a foot in front of you, hip-width apart.
How to do it
- Slide your back down the wall, bending your knees.
- Stop where it feels steady; knees point over your toes.
- Press through your feet to slide back up.
In a Wallform routine: about 10 slow reps, or move at your own pace until the timer ends.
Make it easier or harder
- Harder: Wall sit
Wallform is general fitness, not medical advice. If you're pregnant or postpartum, recovering from an injury or have a health condition, check with a doctor or a qualified professional before you start. Stop any move that hurts.
