Side-lying leg pulses
IntermediateLegs & glutesOn the floor
Set-up
Lie on your side with your head on your lower arm and lift your top leg to hip height.
How to do it
- Pulse the top leg up an inch and back, small and steady.
- Keep the leg long and the toes pointing forward.
- Breathe evenly; no rushing.
In a Wallform routine: about 20 pulses per side, or move at your own pace until the timer ends. Do one side, then the other.
Make it easier or harder
- Easier: Side-lying leg lift
- Harder: Side hip lift
Wallform is general fitness, not medical advice. If you're pregnant or postpartum, recovering from an injury or have a health condition, check with a doctor or a qualified professional before you start. Stop any move that hurts.
