Wall bridge march
IntermediateLegs & glutesCoreOn the floor
Set-up
Lift into a wall bridge: feet on the wall, hips up, arms long by your sides.
How to do it
- Keep your hips high and lift one foot off the wall.
- Place it back and lift the other.
- Your hips stay level as you march.
In a Wallform routine: about 8 per leg, or move at your own pace until the timer ends. Switch sides as you go.
Make it easier or harder
- Easier: Wall bridge
- Harder: Single-leg wall bridge
Wallform is general fitness, not medical advice. If you're pregnant or postpartum, recovering from an injury or have a health condition, check with a doctor or a qualified professional before you start. Stop any move that hurts.
