AdvancedLegs & glutesStanding
Set-up
Stand with your back to the wall and rest the top of one foot on the wall behind you, at about knee height.
How to do it
- Bend your front knee and lower your back knee toward the floor.
- Keep your chest tall and your front foot flat.
- Push through the front foot to rise.
In a Wallform routine: about 6 per side, or move at your own pace until the timer ends. Do one side, then the other.
Make it easier or harder
- Easier: Wall split squat
Wallform is general fitness, not medical advice. If you're pregnant or postpartum, recovering from an injury or have a health condition, check with a doctor or a qualified professional before you start. Stop any move that hurts.
