Single-leg lowers
IntermediateCoreOn the floor
Set-up
Lie on your back with one foot on the wall, knee bent, and the other leg reaching straight up.
How to do it
- Lower the straight leg toward the wall as far as your back stays still.
- Lift it back up with a long, steady leg.
- Keep your arms long and heavy by your sides.
In a Wallform routine: about 8 slow reps per leg, or move at your own pace until the timer ends. Do one side, then the other.
Make it easier or harder
- Easier: Wall-press dead bug
- Harder: Wall teaser
Wallform is general fitness, not medical advice. If you're pregnant or postpartum, recovering from an injury or have a health condition, check with a doctor or a qualified professional before you start. Stop any move that hurts.
