Set-up

Stand tall with your back against the wall, feet hip-width apart and a few inches from it.

How to do it

  1. Breathe in as you sweep both arms forward and up toward the wall behind you.
  2. Keep your ribs soft; only go as high as your back stays on the wall.
  3. Breathe out as your arms float back down.

In a Wallform routine: about 8 slow reaches, or move at your own pace until the timer ends.

Wallform is general fitness, not medical advice. If you're pregnant or postpartum, recovering from an injury or have a health condition, check with a doctor or a qualified professional before you start. Stop any move that hurts.
