BeginnerCoreOn the floor
Set-up
Lie on your back with your head near the wall, press both palms into it overhead and lift your knees above your hips.
How to do it
- Keep pressing into the wall as you lower one heel to tap the floor.
- Bring it back up, then switch legs.
- Your lower back stays heavy on the floor.
In a Wallform routine: about 10 taps per leg, or move at your own pace until the timer ends. Switch sides as you go.
Make it easier or harder
- Harder: Wall-press dead bug
Wallform is general fitness, not medical advice. If you're pregnant or postpartum, recovering from an injury or have a health condition, check with a doctor or a qualified professional before you start. Stop any move that hurts.
