Wall push-up
BeginnerUpper bodyCoreStanding
Set-up
Place your hands on the wall at shoulder height, a little wider than your shoulders, and step your feet back.
How to do it
- Bend your elbows and bring your chest toward the wall.
- Keep your body in one line from head to heels.
- Press the wall away to straighten your arms.
In a Wallform routine: about 10 slow reps, or move at your own pace until the timer ends.
Make it easier or harder
- Easier: Wall forearm slide
- Harder: Low wall push-up
Wallform is general fitness, not medical advice. If you're pregnant or postpartum, recovering from an injury or have a health condition, check with a doctor or a qualified professional before you start. Stop any move that hurts.
