Set-up
Set up for a low wall push-up, then lift one foot just off the floor behind you.
How to do it
- Do a push-up while the lifted leg stays long.
- Lower the foot, lift the other, and repeat.
- Keep your hips square to the wall.
In a Wallform routine: about 6 per side, or move at your own pace until the timer ends. Switch sides as you go.
Make it easier or harder
- Easier: Low wall push-up
Wallform is general fitness, not medical advice. If you're pregnant or postpartum, recovering from an injury or have a health condition, check with a doctor or a qualified professional before you start. Stop any move that hurts.
